Nice and neat place in a great central location, perfect to come back in and out of your day trips. Great bathrooms with everything including showers and drains working perfectly. The only bad thing I can say: rooms are a bit dark and have little windows coming out on the inner patio and it felt awfully hot inside all the time (there is no air con). That said I was able to get an electric fan from the staff that helped a lot during my last day. Recommended.

When I checked in on the first night, I found that the singing outside was very loud, and I told the waiter that I didn't sing anymore. The bath water was not hot, so I dared not wash it for fear of catching a cold. The next day I went to Cocora Park for a hike. When I came back in the afternoon, the water temperature was very hot and I took a comfortable bath. The portion for breakfast is not much, but it is still delicious. The happiest thing is that the waiter on the second night helped me book the tickets to Machu Picchu. The service is good, because the window of the room is in the corridor, it is really not quiet enough. It's not good enough for me who is used to going to bed early.

Esta muy bien ubicado y tiene parqueadero No ofrecen cafe gratis en un municipio cafetero No ofrecen tampoco cafe antes del desayuno y empiezan muy tarde el desayuno para las personas que necesitan salir temprano .. Hace mucho calor t no tiene aire acondicionado pero nos prestaron un ventilador La habitación es cómoda Limpieza buena Tiene para mejorar por el flujo de turistas el desayuno que es basico y ofrecer cafe como parte de servicio al cliente

Recepcionista atenta (Alejandra) , hotel con potencial no explotado, habitaciones oscuras,mala señal internet, productos baño limitados,desayuno muy básico y repetido a diario,no cambian sábanas ,sin A/C. Con poca inversión mejorarían mucho con alto impacto en el servicio. No hay orientación turística. Falta claramente una mirada de arquitectura y decoración. El personal hace lo que puede y como la mayoría decoración los colombianos son muy amables, no obstante , no se invierte en su propio giro que es el confort del turista . Para un día está bien pero estuve 3 h se me hizo eterno. No ponen vasos , no hay frigo bar. Recomiendo que inviertan poco para mejorar. Lo bueno que está lejos de la calle de rumba , se puede descansar. Mejoren!!!!

El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada. A pasos de la calle principal de Salento pero lo suficientemente retirado o preparado para no tener bulla. Mi habitación fue super cómoda y descansé mucho. Hacia frío en Salento pero no sentí frío en la habitación. Me encantó este hotel, la decoración, el personal muy atento y amable, la ubicación. ¡Excelente! ¡Lo recomiendo!

Excellent service, amazing breakfast, definitely worthy to come back. Every question we ask they answer with a smile, it is very centric too. Transportation to farms and cocora valley is very convenient through willis. Very comfortable beds
